Dennis joined Coco Republic, Australia's leading premium furniture and lifestyle retailer, as an HR Executive. His expertise in people and organisational structure led the business to hand him accountability for the logistics operation as well, and the role grew into Head of People & Logistics — a rare dual mandate covering the full HR function alongside logistics, 3PL transition and multi-country delivery across 22+ locations in Australia, New Zealand and the US.
Under his leadership, the Coco Republic People & Culture team won the 2026 Australian Retail Council (ARC) People & Culture Excellence Award — Australia's most prestigious retail people award, beating Coles, Amart Furniture, David Jones and Naked Wines
